Your satisfaction is important to us. This page explains our return and EU withdrawal policies clearly and transparently.

14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you (or a person designated by you) receives the goods.

To exercise this right, simply email us at admin@tentoes.net with your order number.

Conditions for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within the 14-day window, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be new, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Hygiene or personal care products (such as toothbrushes and brush heads) are only returnable if unopened and sealed.
  • Defective items may be returned even if opened.
  • All included accessories, manuals and components must be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used (unless defective):

  • SmartBrush™ U-Shape Toothbrush
  • SmartBrush™ KIDS Toothbrush
  • Replacement Brush Heads
  • Whitening or oral-care consumables

How to Start a Return

  • Email admin@tentoes.net with your order number and request.
  • We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
  • Returns can only be sent by mail.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to complete the refund.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
