✅ Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or payment receipt) is required.

Exceptions (hygiene):
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods are not eligible for return once the seal has been removed after delivery.

🔄 Exchanges (damaged/incorrect items)

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it or issue a refund.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item/parcel
  • A brief explanation

In many cases we’ll resolve this without requiring a return. If a return is needed, we’ll provide instructions.

💳 Refunds

Once your eligible return is received (or you provide proof of return shipment), we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • If your refund seems late, please check with your bank/card provider—posting can take a few extra days.

EU Right of Withdrawal (EN)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, erstatten wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben) unverzüglich und spätestens binnen 14 Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf bei uns eingegangen ist. Wir können die Rückzahlung verweigern, bis wir die Waren wieder zurückerhalten haben oder bis Sie den Nachweis erbracht haben, dass Sie die Waren zurückgesandt haben, je nachdem, welches der frühere Zeitpunkt ist.
Sie haben die Waren spätestens binnen 14 Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie uns über den Widerruf unterrichten, zurückzusenden. Sie tragen die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung.

Ausschluss
Kein Widerrufsrecht besteht bei versiegelten Waren, die aus Gründen des Gesundheitsschutzes oder der Hygiene nicht zur Rückgabe geeignet sind, wenn ihre Versiegelung nach der Lieferung entfernt wurde.
