Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (up to 5–7 during peak periods). As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delays & Force Majeure
If delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs checks, extreme weather, transport disruptions, global emergencies, or peak-season courier overload), we cannot be held responsible for extended delivery time.
Please allow up to 20 business days (EU & outside EU) and 30 business days (Africa) before contacting us to investigate a delay. Use your tracking number to follow progress.
Warehouse & Logistics
We ship directly from our partner warehouses to offer competitive prices and reliable global routes. Third-party logistics systems can occasionally experience errors; by placing an order you accept the terms on this site. If anything is unclear, email us before purchasing.
Uncollected / Returned Parcels
If a parcel is not collected, refused, or returned due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge a €20 return shipping & handling fee.
Where Is My Order?
Your order ships within 1–3 business days (up to 5–7 during high volume). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched. If you’re unsure of the status, contact us — we’ll help immediately.
Tracking Not Updating
After your shipment confirmation, please allow 24–72 hours for the tracking code to activate. International legs may show no new scans for several days — this is normal while in transit between carriers. If nothing updates after 72 hours, contact us and we’ll check with the courier.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be applied before checkout is completed. We cannot apply codes after an order is finalized.

If delays arise from customs, weather, or courier backlog, please wait up to 20 business days (EU & outside EU) or 30 business days (Africa). We guarantee delivery and will replace or refund in cases of extreme delay.
If a parcel is not collected or returned due to incorrect address, a €20 handling fee may apply. We can reship (shipping fee may apply) or refund when the item is returned and inspected.
